Craftsmanship runs in the family.

Our story began in 1992, in a small family workshop, with a simple belief: do a job properly, treat people fairly and take pride in the details. What started as a hands-on family business grew through recommendations, lasting relationships and the trust of customers who knew their homes were in capable hands.

Over more than three decades, that foundation has grown into a wealth of practical experience in appliance sales, repairs, kitchen fitting and design. From carefully diagnosing a fault to bringing a beautifully considered kitchen together, the same values remain: honest advice, skilled workmanship and care for the home we are working in.

Our appliance expertise includes training in Miele and BSH appliances, including Bosch, NEFF, Siemens and Gaggenau, alongside Rangemaster, Falcon and Mercury. That technical grounding complements years of hands-on experience, helping us understand the engineering behind premium appliances and take a considered approach to diagnosis, repairs and appliance selection.

A new chapter in North Yorkshire.

In 2024, the next generation began combining the family's traditional skills with modern booking and customer support. Today, Atelier & Croft brings that heritage to North Yorkshire, based in Catterick Garrison: a new chapter shaped by the same dependable, down-to-earth values.
