When Atelier & Croft supplies and fits a replacement part, your repair is covered by a 90-day guarantee. This covers both the fitted component and our labour costs against manufacturing defects or component failure.

Exclusions to Keep in Mind:
To maintain total transparency, please note that our warranty does not apply in the following situations:

Customer-Supplied Parts: We do not guarantee a component you supply. Our installation workmanship must still meet the applicable legal standard, and your statutory rights are not affected.

Blockages & Foreign Objects: New faults caused by foreign objects, blockages or accidental damage (such as coin traps, loose coins, bra wires or limescale build-up) are not covered by the additional guarantee. This does not exclude responsibility for defective workmanship or limit your statutory rights.
